Must be able to provide evaluation technical assistance to community-based programs; conduct interviews; design surveys and site visit protocols; analyze data; prepare reports; and make professional presentations. Familiarity with state and federal child welfare and TANF legislation, programs, and policy issues or health services research is helpful. Preferred qualifications include interest in child welfare and health care services; strong organizational and analytical skills; attention to detail; solid internet research skills; experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); excellent written and oral communication skills; and ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
