Strong verbal and written skills are essential. Some travel required. Ph.D. in behavioral or social sciences + 7 years experience in program evaluation is required. Must be able to provide evaluation technical assistance to community-based programs; conduct interviews; design surveys and site visit protocols; analyze data; prepare reports; and make professional presentations. Familiarity with state and federal child welfare and TANF legislation, programs, and policy issues or health services research is helpful.
