Evaluation of Arizona's Community Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Program (Arizona F.I.R.S.T.)
For the Arizona F.I.R.S.T. program evaluation, JBA collected data submitted each month by providers on clients' service utilization; this information was synthesized and presented in monthly client status reports. In addition, providers' service data and data from quarterly site visits gathered through interviews and focus groups were synthesized into quarterly progress reports, with quarterly presentations made to the state's project Steering Committee. In addition, an annual evaluation report was submitted in which progress toward achieving the outcome goals and performance measures was addressed.
