National Cross-Site Evaluation of the Replication of Demonstrated Effective Prevention Programs
For this national cross-site evaluation, JBA has been conducting the following activities: reviews of grantees' implementation plans, replication manuals, and semi-annual reports; tracking of common process, outcome, and cost data collected by grantees; and annual site visits to interview grantee agency staff and community partners. JBA facilitates workshops with grantees and Federal staff during conferences, such as sessions on the collection of cost data or common formats for semi-annual reporting. In addition, JBA assesses the fidelity of each site to the original model through interviews conducted during site visits, case file reviews, and analyses of data submitted by the sites on a semi-annual basis.
