Child & Adolescent Development
JBA has conducted numerous projects covering a wide range of topics concerning child and adolescent development. These experiences range from projects focusing on young children to studies dealing with older adolescents, including: out-of-school youth and teenagers facing emancipation from the foster care system; health issues among adolescents; infants and toddlers served through early intervention programs such as Early Head Start; preschool-age children enrolled in comprehensive child development programs such as Head Start; children participating in school-based prevention programs; and young children enrolled in child care settings.
