Loren Masters, M.P.H.

Research Analyst

Loren Masters has 10 years of experience conducting public health and social science research. Her areas of content expertise include child welfare, home visiting, children and families, health disparities, prevention science, and substance use and misuse. Her areas of quantitative data and analytical expertise include survey design, data collection and management, intensive longitudinal data, and statistical methods such as multilevel modeling, latent class analysis, and logistic regression analysis.

Prior to joining JBA, Masters was a data scientist at Penn State. In this role, she worked primarily in the areas of nutrition education, substance use and misuse, and HIV research with an emphasis on the collection and analysis of complex longitudinal data and the application of mobile health technologies to the social and prevention sciences.

Masters received an M.P.H. from Penn State College of Medicine.
