E-mail Correspondence

When sending an electronic mail message with a question, comment, or request containing personal information or when filling out an electronic form that e-mails this information to JBA, JBA will only use the minimum personal information needed to respond to questions or requests. Messages may be redirected to an outside agency or vendor partner that is in a better position to address concerns or needs.
