Jessica Fulford, M.S.

Research Assistant-Coordinator

Jessica FulfordJessica Fulford has a background in social science research and the evaluation of education, early child development, and home visiting programs. Her work focuses on child and family development and well-being, with skills in program development and evaluation, quantitative and qualitative research, and data collection and assessment.

Currently, she supports several projects in the Child and Family Development practice area: Supporting and Strengthening the Home Visiting Workforce and the Home Visiting Workforce Institute and Center.

Prior to joining JBA, Jessica was an evaluation advisor at YMCA of the USA and a project coordinator at Erikson Institute. She received an M.S. in child development from Erikson Institute.
