Kiki Fabian, M.Ed.
Senior Research Associate
Kiki Fabian has more than 10 years of experience in health and human services program evaluation, policy implementation, systems coordination, and technical assistance with a focus on supporting tribal communities. Her areas of expertise include behavioral health, Medicaid, and early childhood programs. She is skilled in qualitative analysis, health care analytics, continuous quality improvement, and community-based participatory research.
As a senior research associate in the Tribal Evaluation practice area, Fabian provides technical assistance to tribal home visiting grant recipients for the Tribal Home Visiting Resource Institute for Excellence. Topics include needs assessments, program evaluation, performance measurement, data collection and reporting, data management, dissemination, and continuous quality improvement.
Prior to joining JBA, Fabian worked at the Washington State Health Care Authority supporting statewide implementation and evaluation of infant-early childhood mental health services within Medicaid and behavioral health systems. She also served as a local evaluator and technical assistance provider for tribal home visiting and early childhood programs at the Brazelton Touchpoints Center.
Fabian received a B.A. in psychology from Yale University and an M.Ed. from Harvard University.
