Research Assistant

Deisy Rodriguez LedezmaDeisy Rodriguez Ledezma has a background in social science research and experience in randomized controlled trials, community-based participatory research, and youth participatory research. Her work focuses on child and family development, community development, and health and well-being. Her skills include advanced quantitative and qualitative research, data collection and analysis, and technical writing.

Currently, Rodriguez Ledezma supports several projects in the Child and Family Development practice area:

  • Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Technical Assistance Resource Center
  • Home Visiting Assessments of Implementation Quality
  • Latinos in Action Implementation Evaluation
  • Home Visiting Workforce Institute and Center

Prior to joining JBA, Rodriguez Ledezma was a research coordinator at AVANCE National and a research assistant at Clark University. She received a B.A. in sociology and education and an M.A. in community development and planning from Clark University.
