JBA-Developed Resources Featured in Federal Evaluation Toolkit
An online toolkit developed to demystify evaluation among federal agency staff features several JBA resources created across practice areas. NORC at the University of Chicago curated the Federal Evaluation Toolkit with direction from the Office of Management and Budget and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Their work comes on the heels of several laws and memoranda elevating program evaluation as a critical function within federal agencies.
