The first 3 years of childhood have lifelong effects on a person’s health and development. The Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems: Health Integration Prenatal-to-Three Program provides funding to help build equitable, integrated systems of care for families during this critical period.

To help HRSA understand awardee progress and identify measures and evaluation designs that are effective and feasible for understanding early childhood systems, JBA and Abt Associates are—

  • Engaging interested parties
  • Designing, developing, and conducting an environmental scan
  • Preparing an environmental scan report
  • Designing and conducting case studies
  • Developing evaluation plans
  • Sharing findings and recommendations in a final project report
